Earth is now a place. This place needs a new common time.
New Earth Time, or NET, is a proposed World Time which measures the day with 360 degrees.
There is only one NET world-wide. It is calculated from Universal Time or UTC. So, 0:00 UTC is 0° NET and 12:00 UTC is 180° NET. Like UTC, the day begins in Greenwich, England.
Each degree is 4 minutes long so there are 15 degrees an hour. Each degree is divided into 60 intervals of 4 seconds.
It is that simple.
New Earth Time uses a different scale. It is an abstract time so confusion with local time is minimised. Act locally in your time, and globally in New Earth Time.
